Refund & Cancellation Policy
We do not accept order cancellations or modifications once your order is placed. If you would like a refund, all merchandise must be returned.
We do not offer refunds or returns on any subscription orders. After cancelling your subscription, orders that have been paid for or are currently processing will still be shipped.
Please note, there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations on custom-made, made-to-order items which include (but are not limited to) custom formulations once your order has been placed.
If your order with us doesn’t arrive at the correct shipping address provided to us, we will gladly work with you to track your order down. If we are unable to locate your package, we will replace the item for you at no additional charge.
